7 Ways to Make Money Online
No matter what your reason, making money online is one way people think of to add extra income to their budget. There are many benefits to making money online. Some of these include being able to make it work with your schedule, being able to do it from home, and of course being able to stay home with the kids. While there is no real magic “get rich quick” kind of way to make money online, and you probably won’t be able to pay all of your bills this way, you can make some great side income, especially if you are following the 52 Week Money Challenge.
So let’s dig into my tips on ways to make money online!
If you have skill with taking photos, you can make money by selling them to stock photo sites. You usually do not make a lot per photo, but if taking pictures is a fun hobby of yours, why not turn it into cash? Most of these sites do not ask if you are a professional, and your pictures do not have to be absolutely perfect, but each site has standards on what they will buy. To find out more, do a quick Google search of stock photo sites and click on each site where it says, “Sell your pictures” or something similar for information.
Do online surveys. This one is usually a method that takes you a while to build up enough to “cash out” as each survey typically only pays around a dollar on average, but if you do this in your spare time, it could add up pretty quickly for about 10-15 minutes a survey. Some sites offer other types of rewards, too, like gift cards. Just make sure you read the fine print when you sign up so you know if it is a legitimately good deal for your time and effort. Do small writing jobs. Are you a good writer? Elance is a great place to look for jobs that ask content creators to write small 300-400 word blurbs for websites. The pay varies by job, but most jobs pay 10-15 dollars per job and some even more.
Make money on fiverr. If you have a talent such as editing pictures, writing content or even making a small inexpensive craft, you could make some money on fiverr.com The jobs pay $5 each and people order from you. You generally get to set how long it will take you to complete the job and you get paid via Paypal for your work.
Are you a fast typist? Make money doing transcription of audio files. oDesk.com features many jobs that are fats transcription jobs that pay fast as well. The only problem is, they often are not high dollar paying jobs, but since they are often just small ones, you could do quite a bit in a day or on your free time.
Sell things on eBay. This is one of the oldest ways to make money online, but it is still a very legitimate and booming way to as well. You can sell anything from books to hand made jewelry for minimal fees on eBay. Just know that eBay takes a fee out for listing and selling, so make sure you account for that.
Start a blog! This is one of the most time-consuming ways to make money and it is hard at first since you usually are not bringing in anything for a while until you get established, but starting a blog is a great way to make money online, especially if you are a good writer and have a lot of drive.
