Recipe For Taco Cups {easy meal}

Easy meals are what I LOVE to make, especially during the week.

I also love meals that are budget-friendly and healthy for our whole family to enjoy. This recipe for Taco Cups is just EASY and delicious. We love having Nachos and Tacos in our house, so I’m always looking for new recipes using Taco.  This recipe uses easy, budget-friendly ingredients that we can all snag with a great sale.

How to make Taco Cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 ct) Can of Pillsbury biscuits
  • 2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
  • Shredded cheese, optional
  • Your favorite taco toppings

Taco Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ Cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat combine ground beef and all ingredients for the taco
  4. seasoning, allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Take each biscuit and flatten out, place in cupcake pan pulling up the edge of the
  6. dough to form a cup. With a toothpick or knife, poke 6-7 holes in the bottom of each
  7. cup.
  8. Fill each taco cup with 1 tbsp of taco meat, bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Serve with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy.

    These Taco Cups look delicious! I love how easy they look to make too! I need a few more dinner ideas that I can put together quickly and these look like they fit the bill perfectly!

    These look so yummy. I think these would be a awesome treat. Maybe Ill make some then freeze them and see how that works for after school snacks. Thank you for the recipe

    Oh these look so good! I’ve done this with bbq beef and cheese before and it was so good! Great idea for a mini taco.

    I don’t eat meat anymore but I am a long time taco lover and I would love to make these with black beans for a vegetarian version! They look yummy!
