Easy St Patrick’s Day Recipe:  Mint Chocolate Grahams

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, here’s a quick and easy recipe for Mint Chocolate Grahams. Using the St Patrick’s Day colors- green makes this an easy recipe just in time for your upcoming St. Patrick’s Day party or take to school snack.

I LOVE Chocolate Grahams. It reminds me of my love for Thin Mints. I like to eat Graham Cookies when I can’t have any Thin Mints.

Now, let’s make these Mint Chocolate Grahams together!

Mint Chocolate Grahams Ingredients :

  • 1 Sleeve of graham crackers, broken into quarters
  • ½ C. of Wilton Mint Chocolate candy melts
  • ¼ C. of Wilton Green candy melts
  • small sandwich bag

Directions ­:

Line a baking sheet with wax paper or foil.

In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the Mint Chocolate in 30 second increments stirring after

every 30 seconds. Once melted let cool 1­2 minutes.

Dip the graham crackers one at a time in the chocolate and completely cover, lift out with a fork

and let the excess chocolate drip into the bowl. Lay on cookie sheet. Repeat with all other graham

crackers.

Place in fridge for 15­20 minutes to set.

Once the grahams are set, microwave the Green chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second

increments stirring every 30 seconds. Let cool 2­3 minutes once it is melted.

Taking a tablespoon, scoop the melted green chocolate into the sandwich bag.

Make a small snipon the corner so that a small amount of chocolate with flow out.

Taking the sandwich bag with green chocolate slowly ‘stripe’ the graham crackers one at a time.

Once done, put in the fridge to set.

And that’s it!  See? Quick and easy! Enjoy your Mint Chocolate Grahams!
