I also love meals that are budget-friendly and healthy for our whole family to enjoy. This recipe for Taco Cups is just EASY and delicious. We love having Nachos and Tacos in our house, so I’m always looking for new recipes using Taco.  This recipe uses easy, budget-friendly ingredients that we can all snag with a great sale.

So let’s get started with the recipe for Taco Cups.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 ct) Can of Pillsbury biscuits
  • 2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
  • Shredded cheese, optional
  • Your favorite taco toppings

Taco Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ Cup water

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat combine ground beef and all ingredients for the taco

seasoning, allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Take each biscuit and flatten out, place in cupcake pan pulling up the edge of the

dough to form a cup. With a toothpick or knife, poke 6-7 holes in the bottom of each

cup.

Fill each taco cup with 1 tbsp of taco meat, bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are

golden brown.

Serve with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy.
