7 Ways To Earn More Income This Year- 2019

Babysitting-Whether you have children or not, babysitting can be a great way to make some extra cash next year. Babysitters typically charge $10-$15 per hour.

If you have children of your own, this venture can be very easy since everyone will play together.

Babysitting can be a small gig, such as working one night a week, or you can make it into a larger side hustle by picking up the children from school every day and keeping them until a parent gets off work.

Freelance Writing-If you prefer something online, freelance writing is a great place to begin earning more money. This involves creating content for bloggers and website owners.

You may also find freelance writing gigs for online and print magazines on the Internet. You can start out earning $20 per blog post or upwards of $50-$100+ for a print article.

Virtual Assistant-Similar to a freelance writer, a virtual assistant helps bloggers and website owners run their sites.

There may be some content creation involved, but a VA is usually hired to do more of the busy tasks, including photo editing, email management, and social media promotions.

You can become a VA at an hourly rate of $15 or more or charge a flat fee per project.

Blogging-Blogging gives you the flexibility to write about what YOU want. Choosing a popular niche is a great idea, but the content is up to you. You can publish a post every day or only twice a week.

You can offer recipes, crafts, printables, or videos. The options make blogging an excellent choice to make some side income.

If you’re interested in learning how to start a blog, you can read some of the tips I have posted here: 5 Ways To Make Money Blogging

Think of blogging as a long-term strategy for earning income, as it may take you a few months to find your footing and start gaining traffic. Once you get the traffic flowing to your blog, you can start to earn an income through ads and sponsored posts.

eBay Arbitrage-Acting as the middleman to sell other people’s items on eBay is a nice way to make some extra cash in the new year. Most people that choose this venture charge a commission on the sale price.

This venture also works on the Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.

There’s no inventory for you to buy or store since the owner will have the item until it sells. If you want, you don’t even have to fool with shipping…just leave that to the owner of the item!

In exchange, you are easing the owner of the hassle of creating an eBay account and working to sell the items. This works great for someone with eBay experience and an account that is in good standing.

You can also look at selling items on eBay and Amazon. Look for hard-to-find things or something that’s super popular people would pay cash for; like Rae Dunn products are huge moneymakers on Amazon, Instagram, eBay, and Facebook. People (including myself) are on the hunt for these products.

You can find them at Marshalls, TJMaxx, and Home Goods for about $5 bucks (for the mugs). People flip and sell them for about $25 bucks! Talk about a moneymaker!

Uber or Lyft Driver-If you have a fuel-efficient vehicle and live near a large city, you can earn some serious cash being an Uber or Lyft driver. These drivers work similar to a taxi, taking people from point A to point B, but it’s typically a more economical choice than a cab company.

Many of these drivers only work weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and can earn $500 or more just working three nights! I have a few friends who drive for Uber and Lyft, and they are racking up some CASH in their spare time!

Photography-If you are well versed with a camera, you can start offering your services for extra money in 2022.

It’s a good idea to specialize in one area of photography to earn more and receive more word-of-mouth recommendations. For example, you can choose to do children, family, or wedding shots!

Hopefully, these seven ideas help you make more income.

The key is jumping on a popular trend that others are using to earn extra cash, or finding something new to turn into a profit!
